Migration talks between the U.S. and Cuba delayed until February

The Cuban government has requested that U.S.-Cuba migration talks scheduled for December be delayed until February. According to the Washington Post, a U.S. State Department official said Friday that the Cuban government had scheduling concerns.

The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the press on the issue, told the Associated Press that both sides intend to continue holding periodic negotiations on immigration issues twice a year, but that bureaucratic concerns derailed talks that had been scheduled for early December.

Están dando tiempo para reconsiderar no perder el arma mas poderosa que han ostentado en estos 50 años (el embargo)pretexto que les ha servido para justificar todo lo mal que han administrado la isla.
Se les acaba el tiempo.
